I.
Delivery times
Production takes 5–7 working days before a belt leaves the atelier. Reserve pieces, which are hand-glazed, may take up to ten. Transit times below are counted from dispatch.

II.
Duties & taxes
Orders within the United States ship with all taxes settled. For international orders we declare full value and the receiving country may levy duty on arrival; those charges are the recipient's. We do not under-declare, and we will not mark a belt as a gift.
If a parcel is refused at customs it returns to us and we refund the belt, less the outbound carriage.
III.
Returns
Belts may be returned within thirty days of delivery, provided they are unworn and unmonogrammed, in the original wrap. Return shipping is complimentary — write to us and a prepaid label arrives the same day.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of arrival.
- Exchanges for a different size or finish are free, once per order.
- Monogrammed belts are made for one person and cannot be returned — though they can still be resized.
- Reserve pieces follow the same thirty days as everything else. We do not sell final-sale.
IV.
The guarantee
Every White Sand belt is numbered and logged in the maison ledger. That number is the guarantee: if a stitch ever gives, we restitch it, for as long as you own the belt. Edges that dull with a decade of wear are re-burnished at the same time.
Resizing is complimentary in the first year and charged at cost after — see the sizing guide. Ordinary wear to the leather itself is not a fault; it is the point. Care for it well and it will outlast the trousers.
